Handwoven from palm leaves by Mexico's talented artisans, the rectangular basket is one of Makaua's many examples of merging time-honored tradition with contemporary form. With deep, straight sides and a long base, this basket is the perfect vessel for a catchall (sunglasses, keys, remotes) to displaying your fruit or for passing bread or rolls at your next dinner party. Use yours as an everyday holder or arrange a display of crackers to serve next to your cheese board at your next gathering.
The baskets are hand-woven and hand-dyed so there may be slight variations in color.

We offer in-store pick up, UPS and USPS Standard delivery.
All furniture is available in store for pick up or delivery within 50 miles by a delivery service. Delivery charges will be calculated at the time of delivery. Call us at 914 296 0122 for more information. All furniture is considered final sale and is non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt of your order for shop credit or exchange only. Shop credits will be honored for one year from date of issue. Please contact the shop for approval BEFORE sending items back to us. Items must be returned in unused condition and with original packaging. Make sure that items are well-packed and insured for the full amount. design solutions reserves the right to deny refund or exchange if the merchandise is not received in its original condition. All custom orders, special orders, furniture and sale items are considered final sale and are non-refundable and non- exchangeable. Shipping costs are non-refundable and all costs for return shipment to design solutions, as well as shipping costs for exchanged items, are the responsibility of the customer.
