What Forms of Payment Are Accepted Online?

We accept American Express, Visa, Master Card, Discover and PayPal.

What Are Your Shipping Charges?

We offer in-store pick up, UPS and USPS Standard delivery.

What Is Your Return Policy?

Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt of your order for shop credit or exchange only. Shop credits will be honored for one year from date of issue. Please contact the shop for approval BEFORE sending items back to us.  Items must be returned in unused condition and with original packaging.  Make sure that items are well-packed and insured for the full amount.  design solutions reserves the right to deny refund or exchange if the merchandise is not received in its original condition.

Shipping costs are non-refundable and all costs for return shipment to design solutions, as well as shipping costs for exchanged items, are the responsibility of the customer. 

All custom orders, special orders, furniture and sale items are considered final sale and are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

What If an Item Is Noted as Being Sold Out?

From time to time, our timing may be out of sync...so please call us.  It is possible we are expecting a delivery and can let you know when we are able to accommodate you. 

What If Something Is Broken or Damaged?

Despite our best efforts, items are occasionally damaged during shipping.  Should this happen it is important that you keep all of the original packaging and contact us immediately.  We will replace your item and reship as soon as UPS has inspected the original package and the replacement products are available for shipment.

How Is Sales Tax Calculated on Orders?

We collect sales tax on all orders shipped to addresses within New York, at the current rate.

What Is Your Privacy Policy?

We do not share any of your information...with anyone...ever.
