We Support Farmers: The beans used to make our chocolate come from the world’s best - and best paid - cacao growers. Through Original Beans we pay 100% living income to farmers, as well as providing them with vital resources. In 2023 Original Beans schooled 2,944 farmers, 40% of them women.
We GROW Trees: When you break a piece of Ocelot you are breaking ground for a tree. To-date Original Beans and Ocelot customers have helped grow more than 3 million trees in origin (the world’s longest-running one-for-one forestation programme).
We are 100% Organic: Our farmers and suppliers work with nature, not against it.
We Protect the Rainforest: In 2023 our farmers protected 8 hotspot rainforests. Through our sister companies One4One Trees program, we support indigenous growers in planting and nurturing native trees, contributing to forest restoration and biodiversity.

We offer in-store pick up, UPS and USPS Standard delivery.
All furniture is available in store for pick up or delivery within 50 miles by a delivery service. Delivery charges will be calculated at the time of delivery. Call us at 914 296 0122 for more information. All furniture is considered final sale and is non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt of your order for shop credit or exchange only. Shop credits will be honored for one year from date of issue. Please contact the shop for approval BEFORE sending items back to us. Items must be returned in unused condition and with original packaging. Make sure that items are well-packed and insured for the full amount. design solutions reserves the right to deny refund or exchange if the merchandise is not received in its original condition. All custom orders, special orders, furniture and sale items are considered final sale and are non-refundable and non- exchangeable. Shipping costs are non-refundable and all costs for return shipment to design solutions, as well as shipping costs for exchanged items, are the responsibility of the customer.
