Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt of your order for shop credit or exchange only. Shop credits will be honored for one year from date of issue. Please contact the shop for approval BEFORE sending items back to us. Items must be returned in unused condition and with original packaging. Make sure that items are well-packed and insured for the full amount. design solutions reserves the right to deny refund or exchange if the merchandise is not received in its original condition. All custom orders, special orders, furniture and sale items are considered final sale and are non-refundable and non- exchangeable. Shipping costs are non-refundable and all costs for return shipment to design solutions, as well as shipping costs for exchanged items, are the responsibility of the customer.
